Mind you, pouring watercolors or acrylic paints are not new methods, but Beattie has deveoped a mastery over the loose medium and has tamed the liquid to her will. "*
Ms. Beattie is a signature member of the National Association of Women Artists. The artist has also been honored by numerous exhibitions and awards in Montana, Pennsylvania, Texas and New York. In 2007 the artist was listed in
"Who's Who of American Artists" 2007 edition and has been nominated and accepted into the 2008 edition of "Who's Who in America".
